The Puma King XL Trainer is a mid-range to high-end 'turf trainer' soccer cleat similar to the Puma King Allround TT. The King XL Trainer offers many of the same features as the King Allround, namely: a genuine leather upper, a pro-style foldover tongue and a multi-studded rubber outsole.

However, the King XL Trainer's leather upper is thin, full-grain leather where the King Allround has Puma Lite leather and the King XL Trainer's studded rubber outsole offers a more straightforward pattern than the King Allround's Puma EverTrack outsole. Additionally, the King XL Trainer sports a reinforced toe and heel.

The King XL Trainer's full-grain leather upper offer lightweight durability as well as breathability as it is thinly layered and backed by breathable synthetic padding. Its studded rubber outsole provides the King XL Trainer with its all-terrain ability as well as excellent stability and maneuverability due to its consistent stud pattern.
