Released February, 2008
The Pros:Better insole padding than competing cleats. More breathable than previous generation model. Good cleat pattern provides better traction than competing cleats.

The Scorch Thrill SuperFly Mid cleats are a mid-priced pair of men's soccer shoes from adidas. Though not quite as lightweight as the closely related Scorch Thrill SuperFly Low or Scorch Thrill D Low cleats, the Scorch Thrill SuperFly Mid cleats are being promoted by adidas as super-fast and lightweight, with stability at high speeds.

Like all the shoes in the Scorch line, these cleats are equipped with a Pebax (Polyether Block Amide) outsole, which helps with the lightweight design of these shoes, while at the same time being flexible. Like its companion the Scorch Thrill SuperFly Low cleats, the Scorch Thrill SuperFly Mid cleats also sport Pebax studs. These studs have a lateral agility zone, which helps you to shift your weight in ways that would usually feel awkward. The non-slip lining, as well as the EVA (Ethyl Vinyl Acetate) insole and midsole are features geared toward comfort that are standard on the Scorch line of soccer shoes. There are color options available for the adidas Scorch Thrill SuperFly Mid cleats.
